Peer Review Policy
The editors will conduct a preliminary evaluation of submitted manuscripts to ascertain if they satisfy the submission rules and standards of Mardira Community service Journa (MCSJ). Peer review will be applied to manuscripts that adhere to the journal policy and style. This publication uses a double-blind, peer-reviewed process with numerous reviewers who are authorities in related subjects. The editors alone have the final say over whether or not to accept an article based on the feedback provided by reviewers. Both self-plagiarism and plagiarism are prohibited.MCSJ use Turnitin, a plagiarism detector to screen articles for plagiarism. There, overlapping and identical text is detected, therefore when necessary, quotations and the proper citations must be utilized. A double-blind peer review procedure is used in this journal.
The editorial team reviews each and every paper that is submitted. Manuscripts that editors consider unsuitable for publication are instantly rejected without undergoing a third-party review process. Submissions selected worthy of our readers' attention are routed to a pair of impartial reviewers. Afterwards, the editors decide which of the following options to pursue based on the reviewer's recommendation: rejection, major revision, minor revision, or acceptance. The choice of which submissions to Mardira Community service Journa (MCSJ) should be published rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
Generally, a review panel consisting of two or more specialists will assess submitted publications to determine their scientific soundness and coherence, if they repeat previously published research, and if they are clear enough to be published. Based on these reports, the Editors will make a decision and, if needed, confer with the Editorial Board members.
MCSJ implements the peer review policy as a means to ensure the quality of the publication in the journal. The peer-review process consists of an initial review, a double-blind review, and the decision by the editor.
- Initial Review: The editor assesses if the submitted manuscript's content is appropriate for the journal by looking at it. A similarity check process is also used to the manuscript in order to spot any potential instances of plagiarism. Submissions containing content unfit for publication in the journal or exhibiting a high degree of similarity will be promptly returned to the author or authors.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts submitted and approved after the first review round go through a double-blind review process in which the reviewers and authors are kept anonymous. A minimum of two reviewers are designated to assess a submission and offer a suggestion. It is the editor's duty to assign reviewers so as to prevent conflicts of interest during the review process.
- Decision: The editor makes the final decision on the acceptability of a manuscript based on the comments and recommendations of the reviewers.
